    Sadly, had a very disappointing Lunch today in your Brought Ferry Branch in Gray Street....my husband and I were visiting Dundee and decided to go to our favourite place.....your shop in Gray street....I ordered the Stovies....always reminds me of my childhood....up it came....nicely served with delicious oatcakes.....however, after 3 small forks worth and finding some lumps of beef & gristle....then asking my husband to taste it...we decided to leave it....I called the girl over and explained about the funny taste and that I couldn't take the chance by eating anymore.....the manageress came over and fully accepted my complaint (she dealt with this beautifully) and made sure that I had something else to replace this meal (with a nice pie).....I feel however that if this is what you are giving to customers I don't think we could come back....it was not nice....I would like your senior managers to try some.... I have never tasted stovies like it...sadly this was not living up to your good name.....hope you change your company who possibly make this for you or you will lose customers who have visited this shop for many years Very Poor Experience indeed.
